  Recently, I moved to town and my roommate had recommended his place along with the app to use it to order. I’ve had a great deal of trouble using the app because the employees seem either very rude or annoyed when I try to pick up my orders. The most recent one is I had just ordered a gallon of raspberry tea with cherry and strawberry passion, flavoring, three energy shots and a cup of ice through the app in advanced I wasn’t sure which time I had put it for either 430 or 530 either way, I ended up being late for that pick up time but went to go pick it up The young lady at the counter was rude put out and then stated to me while it was picked up at 4:30 and it was set for 430. I’m like oh OK. I thought it had been somewhere between those times and I hadn’t picked it up obviously, if I’m here showing her the order on the app For it. And obviously I didn’t have it delivered if I’m here cause I’m confused as to why the order wasn’t picked up at 4:30 and I have a clear look of confusion on my face. The girl look like she was annoyed and mad at me and told me to wait a minute while she was helping one customer with filling up his water, another one ordering Some teas, which I patiently waited. It’s clear that she was talking with the other employees in the back, clearly annoyed and mad, comes up, angrily, puts the cup of ice and energy shots down, looking at me, as if I had done something wrong comes back, places the gallon there, and then walked away from me with complete dismissal. I don’t think I will be using the app to order in the future. I really like the tease, but the customer service is always poor and not friendly. If I didn’t like the product I probably wouldn’t be going back and unfortunately it’s the only one in town. So in the future, if anyone uses the app to order something in advance, keep in mind they’re gonna ask you what your first name is only you showing me. The app means absolutely nothing for them to even look up the order and the employees will probably feel put out so you’re probably better off going and getting the order yourself Either and pick up in store or drive-through or calling the store directly and making an order because maybe they’ll have a more positive response. Though it’s a shame because the tea is really good and the concept of it is awesome and I really like the clean energy shots as well. And it’s not that the employee didn’t make it right isn’t in the manner in which the customer Make it right.

  Staff is friendly and have the best tea in town! The razzlers are really good and sweet tea is always on point. ☺️

  Very friendly. I love being greeted as I walk there door. Great variety of teas. Sugar free and sugar substitutes. Amazing rewards program.

  I've always avoided this place until recently. I have a green tea allergy and it was always hard to tell which had green tea and which did not, but with the app. It makes it easier. Now if I could just get the decaf tea with mint, watermelon, and zero sugar sweetner. There are only 2 places to add flavors to the gallons, and I need three. And adding it to the comments seem to get ignored. It's one of the few places in town that offers decaf tea, and my baratric Surgeon says no caffeine for several months still.
