Apparently, the internet was down—but I didn’t find that out until after waiting 15 minutes behind a car that was still waiting on their drinks. What made it worse was that the group of girls working the evening shift just stood around in a circle, laughing and chatting, while cars pulled in and out with no acknowledgment or explanation. I completely understand if the system is down and things are out of their control—but communicating that to customers is the bare minimum. It’s frustrating to waste time and not even be told what’s going on. Please do better, evening crew. Communication and professionalism go a long way. Had to drive off empty handed and wasted time.
