  Music was way too loud I was not able to truly listen without having to holler. Their cold foam never sticks, i’ll drive off and the foam is already gone and off the drink. They are really sweet for the most part, just very inconsistent when it comes to my drink.

  I don’t come often so definitely only tried it 3 times so far but we went today for the lucky 7 buy one get one free i don’t normally like the drinks but heck ill take the deals man im suprised with how good it is

  The coffee tasted like it was not mixed correctly. Rushed service , horrible coffee The worst I have had in months. Long line for garbage product.

  I usually have a good experience here but today the young lady who took our order was clearly distracted. She kept looking back towards the kitchen and making odd faces.we repeated our order twice before she said "im listening" then input only one drink. We corrected her and told her it was two blended sugar free blondes with skim milk instead of one. when I got to where I pick up my drinks the employees up front were attentive and gave us our order how it was inputed aka WRONG. She put them iced instead of blended. my issue wasnt the simple mix up. it was the fact she wasnt even listening the first 3 times we told her the order when clearly..she wasnt listening. Had to come home and blend my own coffee.

  I pulled in tonight and decided to go into the outer lane since there was another car in the inner lane. They handed the drink to the car and they drove away and all the workers looked at my car in the outer lane, gave annoyed looks and glares and completely ignored us and went right back to their conversations! I had my sibling with me who works here and they rolled down the window in the back seat and all the workers recognized them and THATS when they decided to come over and take my order. I seriously wonder if I would have been stuck sitting there waiting for them to come over if i didn’t have my sibling with me.! This should NOT have been an issue !
