TODAY ON 2/9/26 WE WENT THROUGH DRIVE THRU TO ORDER OUR FOOD. WHEN WE GOT ON THE FREEWAY THE FOOD WAS DISGUSTING. THE BURGERS WHERE COLD, FRIES WHERE COLD & OUR 44OZ STRAWBERRY LIME AIDS WHERE WATERY & DISGUSTING. I CALLED TO TALK TO A MANGER & SHE WAS RUDE & DID NOT CARE WHAT I HAD TO SAY. THAT PLACE NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN. WASTE OF MY MONEY & I WILL BE COMPLAINING TO MANY CORP ABOUT THIS PLACE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK WHEN I GO BACK INTO GRANTS N.M THE ONLY PLACE I HAVE EVER GONE TO GET FOOD. AND BY THE WAY TRAIN YOUR MANGERS TO HANDLE THIS KIND OF SITUATION INSTEAD OF BEING RUDE. NOT EVEN MY DOGS WANTED THAT FOOD. DISGUSTING, POOR SERVICE & STAFF ALSO NEEDS MORE TRAINING. COMPLETELY DISGUSTING. 0 RATE FOR ME. POOR SERVICE CLOSE THAT PLACE DOWN IMMEDIATELY.

I had a very bad experience at this location. I was parked at a stall and placed my order, but the employee forgot one of the milkshakes. When I gave my debit card, she said it would take a while to process. She later came back and said their system was down.
Then the manager came out and asked for the food back, claiming my card was declined. I explained that the employee had already told me their system was down, so that didn’t make sense. The situation escalated and the manager even threatened to call the police.
At that point, I returned the food and left. I later contacted customer service and filed a complaint. This was very poor customer service and extremely unprofessional. I hope this location improves how they treat customers.

We were pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service and food at the Raton Sonic drive in. The foot long conie dog was delicious even as it cooled down with a pleasant chili sauce. The chicken tenders are made from real breast meat dipped in a batter that is not too thin and not too thick. The strawberry shakes can easily be shared and we went back for more, 2 times.

Ordered a Dragon fruit redbull, but got a dragon fruit sprite instead. Please do better. Here I was charged me for the dragon fruit red bull instead.

I really don't go there for the food, its not very good. I go for their drinks, love a cherry lime-aid or a ocean water, the only food recommendations I would give is their chili cheese tots and mozzarella sticks, they're fair.
