  I know it was a windy day but y'all to need to communicate and listen to your customers not just rushing off but carhop Ken had a excellent customer service as far the other people inside so rude and another carhop wasn’t helpful she didn’t even listen to me and walked off

  Some person dropped off their dog and left it. I gave her water and asked the employee if I gave them 10 dollars if they could cook up a patty or fries and just leave it out their for her. And they just shrugged it off. They had a long line, and I already got my drinks. Atleast do something for the dang dog.

  I am super disappointed in this location. I called multiple times and no one bothered to pick up or help me with my missing order. When they finally got my order they gave me melted ice cream and made two different employees give me the same item and I finally left because no one wanted to help me! Not even the manager. So unprofessional as they hung up on the phone as well. I wasted $10 at this location. Wouldn’t bother coming here.

  Ordered fish sandwich combo. Just got dry overcooked fish patty with a tiny bit of SWEET tartar sauce. No tots. And they could not understand a Dr. Pepper BLENDED FLOAT. They mixed Dr. Pepper in with lime and and said that is what I ordered. Thankfully, I will never be ordering from here again.
