  I stopped here to get a sub since online it said 24 hours. It was 11pm. All the food was in the bins and bread in the bread warmer and they want to tell me they are closed. 3 employees working and taking out trash and working in the back and want to say they are closed. Then wanted to say they closed at 1030pm I said oh u want to make up hours now when online it says 24 hours. I told the loves employee that it was bullshit they said closed when I got food the middle of the night here before several times and they have all the food out and bread but want to say they are closed. The loves employee said he knows that he tells them that all the time and he was sorry. I should have took a picture to show all the food out and the employees to add to this post because it’s ridiculous. I told them they need to change their hours online if they want to close early.

  Didn’t accept sub club rewards, something that isn’t advertised or noted anywhere until I went to pay.
