  This team in Gallup have always been very awesome since I have moved here they help when is needed. Polite to all customers. I have met great workers here. Steven was very attentive and very polite to help assist in which cheese I could substitute with for the one I looked for. I met Amber who was very sweet and walked me to my truck as I was afraid to walk alone after being completely dark out where a lot of danger can happen. Thanks Gallup Team of Safeway y’all are great..I love this store because y’all do the beyond to be a great store

  I com to this Safeway all the time and the only time I have a problem is with your security. For some reason he is always harassing me. I was just there trying to situation my transition at the register and he stands right next to me and asks if I was purchasing a dozen doughnuts I had placed on the fridge while I entered my phone number . I said yes and he replied “well do you want to put it up there ?!” I’ve never been treated like this before and I don’t appreciate it. I hope he doesn’t do this to everyone and if it’s just me then I only ask “why?” What did I do wrong? I don’t approve of this treatment to anyone and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The rest of the staff are always nice . This is unfortunate.

  The customer service here is a joke i went to purchase liquor and i paid for what i was getting then i forgot to get something else when i went to go get the other liquor i forgot the lady denied me because she had already sold me me (mind you i never left the store and i was NOT inebriated) when i called Safeway to speak with a manager about this policy (for future references) they hung up on me🤣

  Couldn't give it a ZERO so here we are with a one. This store is terrible BECAUSE of the people that work there. This store really needs some customer service training like yesterday! Everybody that works there has an attitude and are too lazy to help because well they just don't feel like it. I'm sorry you chose to work there if you don't like it, but having an attitude working in customer service is unacceptable. "If you cannot have a good day don't go messing up anyone else's"!!

  The manager Jordan is great! Give this man a raise! Thank you for all of your help with the homeless problem. And making accommodations for me to be able to use other services. He went way above and beyond. Thank you!
