two weeks in a row, when I got home and looked at my receipt the some items advertised on sale did not ring up with the correct prices. I had clipped the coupons online and there were signs stating the sale prices. as well, the rest rooms in this store are deplorable. nasty. One more thing, the meat department Never has the sale items on display, you have to find someone in the meat department to get the items.

I had a rain check for a free turkey. When I came in to redeem it. The manager and the gentleman in self check out couldn’t figure out how to use the rain check. The gentleman walked away and said “it ain’t like I’m busy” in a very rude manner. This was not the first time he had walked away from me upset that I was asking for help. This happened at 6:33pm on 11/16/25 in self checkout. The gentleman also used swear words in front of my 8 year old. The manager on duty laughed it off like it was no big deal. I will be using Smiths from now on.

Good stuff just very high prices plus they make it very hard to use coupons. Im not downloading apps and scanning crap then putting in my phone number then hoping it works. Just discount the crap and stop the shenanigans.

I buy 4 primo refills religiously for the staff at my work. Have for 5 years now, since our business opened. Today customer service at self check out and the manager accused me of stealing by buying refills instead of paying full price for new ones. I explained they were out the last tIme I was here and THEIR EMPLOYEE TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE EMPTIES AND JUST GET REFILLS NEXT TIME. So i did. I gave my name, showed my business card, and offered to call the police for them. They declined, but had no problem publicly making a scene accusing me of theft. I will NEVER shop at this location again.
