The manager said “we’re closed”, then the security guard also said “we’re closed”. So I replied that I was just wanting to quickly grab a drink and that they still had a few minutes before they actually closed. He told me “I just do what i’m told, i’m not going to argue with you”. Really disappointing and absolutely unnecessary, you should follow the hours posted. Even if I was intending to buy a few items, that’s just not what you do to keep a good business image. I will not be returning to this store as the only times I’ve gone there’s been issues. There’s other stores, this one was just the closest but now I’ll be driving out my way to Smiths, where the customer service is beyond amazing.
