Very ridiculous how this location is being managed, two customers in front of me demanded a refund for waiting more than 40 mins for their food. Door dashers having to talk with someone about missing items. The pink hair furry kept throwing food into bags and stomping past the long line, rolling her eyes every time she needed to do her job. The lobby is always full of people waiting for their order this location really went down hill!

Ordered breakfast online at 10:15, went down to pick up and waited in drive thru line for 10 minutes, when I got to the windows they had canceled our order because it was past 10:30.
