  My experience at this McDonald’s on December 29, 2025 was very negative. I ordered inside at 1:35 PM, hoping for quicker service since I only ordered fries and nuggets. By 1:55 PM, I still had not received my food. I had places to be and ultimately had to ask for a refund and leave due to the long wait. What really confirmed my decision was seeing a front counter employee accidentally drop a full tray of fries, drinks, and burgers. The employee was clearly stressed. Instead of the manager stepping in to help, she pulled another worker off the line to clean up the mess, which only slowed service further. This felt like poor leadership during an already disorganized moment. I was also disappointed by the manager’s lack of professionalism. She was wearing leggings, earmuffs, and heavy makeup, which did not seem appropriate for a fast-food work environment. Combined with her hands-off response to the situation, it gave the impression that appearance mattered more than actively managing the restaurant. Overall, the location felt disorganized and poorly managed. I would not recommend this McDonald’s if you are in a hurry or expect basic efficiency. UPDATE: All they had to offer was a link to create a "real complaint". Which I DID. I had my original receipt and entered the correct date, time and order number just for the website to glitch out and delete all the info I put in. All I can say is that little girl manager needs to get off her high horse and actually WORK. STOP tryna be cute and actually get STUFF done. Walking around w heavy makeup and BLUSH. Girl do some actual work and create that BLUSH naturally. So embarrassing....

  McDonald's has food for cheap so that's always a good thing. The taste of the food isn't going to blow you away but it is consistently okay.

  If the Walmart was super busy; this McDonalds was like a shark tank with raw steaks tossed in. However, the staff was cheerful and very professional. Both the dine in and drive thru were humming steadily with moving people in and out quickly and efficiently. We visited May 2025.

  Probably the worst McDonald I ever been to. Very dirty, All the tables are dirty and the trash is over flowing, smells bad like the restroom hasn’t been cleaned all day. Employees are running around like they are lost. I was short changed $3.00. This place needs some work.

  This had just happened 11/28/2025. A dark overweight woman with tattoos on her face gave me my receipt on a mobile order in the drive thru. This is 10:24pm. She closed her window and I never moved in line. She then opened it back up 3 minutes later and told me to pay for my order, assuming she forgot my face. I explained i didnt move and just made my order. She then tried to say I made my order 30 minutes ago and got aggressive really fast after looking at my receipt. Told me to proceed in line, then told me to stop talking to her, and slammed the window closed. Calling me a dumbass. Totally could've been played off as a misunderstanding but she chose to verbally abuse me and call me names over this case and I do sincerely hope something was done after I spoke to the manager.
