  The service was so slow. Not sure why? There seemed to be enough servers. Took about 20-30 minutes just to get the non alcoholic drinks. Took even longer to get one out of two orders of food. The food was cold and the order incomplete.

  I call in an order and they say it's going to be about 10 minutes so I drive there walk in and I asked him for my food and they said well it's going to be another 10 minutes so I sat down I waited for about 20 minutes and I see that there's an order just sitting in their back area so I go up and I says they're in ETA on my food and she says no there isn't not yet nice well isn't that it sitting back there she goes back and grabs it and brings it up front and says are you going to be rude and I said ma'am I just want my food and she says are you going to be rude and she like tries walking to the other room with it and I says ma'am I just want my food she says I asked you are you going to be rude and I said you know what I'm going to call the cops she then drops the sodas on the counter and drops the food it almost hits the ground I had to like gymnastics to catch it I am not happy with this place what a horrible experience she said her name was lucida as she flipped me off and walked into the next room. Then when I called the store and tried talking to the manager he tried twisting it around to me saying that I was being vulgar I wasn't being such I was being polite I rarely get vulgar she's the one that flipped me off I went to take a picture of her and she went to the other room. Is this how you guys treat customers

  Our first time ever at this place. We went in during a slow time, 1 other table eating, 3 waiters. Our waitress forgot what we ordered, we got wings, but the rest of our order came out and hour later after we begged her to bring it. We ate the dry, no taste wings without napkins, a check in, a drink refill. After waving her down and continuing to beg we didn’t receive an apology, and the manager could care less. I will not be returning!

  We had a table of eight. I didn’t take any photos of my meal. I ordered off the lunch special. Six bone in wings with fries and a drink. I got 10 wings with fries instead. They didn’t get my order correct but I didn’t complain to make it easier for the waiter. There were three other parties there but it didn’t seem too busy at all. The service was slow. I was never offered refills. I will not be visiting this BWW or any other establishment again.

  If I could rate this place any lower than a 1, I would. If you're a female, I do not recommend eating here. The servers here seem to be only interested in serving male customers. After sitting there for 40 minutes with waitresses walking around us and ignoring us, having to ask 2 different servers if someone can take our orders with them responding "let me go tell your server" and then never returning, I had to practically BEG a server walking by to take our orders. They let your beers just sit there getting warm until you ask "is that my beer?" I am not ashamed to say I did not leave a tip and do NOT recommend eating here. Very poor service with rude servers who give you attitude.
