- XXXavierMA17Feb 15, 20261.0Went to the bakery a head of time and asked they make me a custom 2 tier cake. The man I spoke with took the picture of the cake I wanted and said no problem and they could make it just like the picture as it was not complicated. The day it was supposed to be ready I expected a phone call letting me know its ready but did not receive a call. I called them and asked about the cake. They said it was ready but in talking with the employee they knew nothing about the picture I gave the original employee when I ordered it. Not only that but they did not even realize I wanted a 2 tier cake and had made a regular cake instead. I went down there to pick it up hoping it was at least close and it was not. Talking with the staff they clearly could not care less that I was unhappy. I wish I read reviews before letting them handle a very special birthday cake for my wife. I will never buy another cake here again. If you don't care about your work then don't work in customer service.

Now I have gotten chicken nuggets from the back and my entire household has gotten food poisoning, within the past few days of eating them. I open the bag of nuggets I purchased and it smells completely of spoiled chicken and fish!!!! I am highly disappointed, I have always shopped for basically everything and never came across it this bad recently. Don't get me wrong the customer service is always very welcoming and kind. I just really hope they become aware of the food safeties to temps and recalls of items.
