Came to get a few sodas and picked out my 3 for the sale, then the self checkout guy took my sodas back to the isle while I was grabbing a candy bar. I would have just brushed this off as a mistake but the soda I chose was the last in stock. So I called a manager over to help with the situation, needless to say I’m not sure why she’s even a manager if she isn’t able to help situations. I asked to waive the sale for me considering what just happened. Instead of a 12 pack I was wanting 2 six pack to substitute the now out of stock cola I wanted. I watched as another customer grabbed that last soda I had just a few seconds before the self checkout guy grabbed them. Needless to say the manager was unable to help and lose $2.00 over a mistake her employee caused, resulting in myself never going back to this poorly ran Albertsons again. Deserves 0 stars but 1 is the lowest. The male manager is awesome and friendly though I must say, I got super unlucky he wasn’t working.
