  I placed an order for a pizza and the ladybon the phone said it'd take 15 minutes for it to be delivered. 40 minutes go by so I call back. The new guy on the phone said the reason why it hasnt been delivered is because it was set for pickup, he said that for it to be delivered, it'd take around an hour. We just decided to go in-store to pick up our pizza. We walk in and the guy spoke to us in a very condescending tone, making it sound as if we were stupid for not wanting to wait an entire extra hour ontop of the initial 40 minutes we had already waited. He told us "Well you didnt tell me that you were going to pick it up on the phone so its out for delivery" We just left. Being treated like were stupid is very poor customer service, we will not be coming back to this establishment.

  I tried to use the app for delivery and it won't work. A message came up telling me to call the store so I did the employee that answer my call told me that I CAN NOT USE THE 9.99 DEAL ITS ONLY ON LINE I EXPECTED TO HER THE APP NOT WORKING SHE REPLY BACK TO ME LIKE I SAID ITS ONLY FOR THE APP.. SO UNFORTUNATELY I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DOMINO'S

  they forgot to put pepperoni on my pizza I took it back and they would not refund my order. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

  It looks like others are experiencing the same frustration I’m experiencing and I will be talking to a manager about this. Yall close at 1AM tonight. My order was placed at 11:30pm. I get a call not even a minute later telling me they’re cancelling my order and that they don’t want their drivers out past midnight. Why are you guys open til 1AM then? This is absolutely insane, especially the fact I have to wait until next Wednesday to have the funds back on my card. Just placed an order with Papa John’s; who closes at midnight mind you. And they did not cancel my order.

  Placed an order today… got a phone call from Dominos telling me my order was not going to be ready on time and next time I need to give them 30 to 45 minutes for 7 pies… mind you I placed the order a little after 11am for a 12pm pick up…I called back and cancelled…they didn’t care about losing business I guess.. horrible staff!
