  2 LINES TO HELP MOVE IT ALONG!!! MY DAUGHTER AND I WENT INTO THE 2ND LINE THAT OTHER DIDN'T WANT TO GO IN AND THE GIRLS TAKING ORDERS SKIPPED US !!! WE SAT THERE WAITING AS THE OTHER LINE KEPT MOVING!! IF YOUR NOT GONNA USE THE OTHER LINE TAKE IT DOWN! AND THE GIRLS WERE VERY RUDE!!!! SOME OF THEM NEED TO HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS!! VERY VERY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!!!!

  Took forever to get my drinks just for them to be wrong. They weren't special order or anything literally drinks on there menu. One was a cold brew and I was given no cold brew. Probably wont be back drinks are too expensive

  Unfortunately my first visit they were out of items but I ended up trying the watermelon lemonade and it was great, very sweet 😋 I decided it was a new day a couple days later and wanted to try one of their mojito fizz sodas and when I received it I was so excited but my first sip was so disappointing.. all I got was just what tasted like normal soda water, I had no flavoring at all.. I was expecting at least a minty flavor but had nothing. I thought it was just me so I had my partner taste it and he agreed there was no flavor. Ive only been twice and its pretty much a 50/50 review. Their staff is absolutely kind and quick tho!

  Absolutely love love love this place!! I'm here all the time and all the employees are always the highlight of my visits. I've never had a negative experience with them, even in the midst of a rush. Usually I see a girl with dark long hair and a beanie when I pull through, doesn't matter which lane I'm in bc it's inevitably hers lol. She's always so fun to talk to and comes across as super genuine. If it's not her it's a very tall girl with glasses, who's also great to talk to and has some great drink recommendations- she's also always there and always seems to be working hard. Both super great workers and improve my visits lots!! Other than that, the lines tend to be longer when I visit, but they move decently quickly and the music is never boring (iykyk).

  When I got to the front of the line to get my drinks, one of them was made incorrectly. it wasn’t a big deal and I let the girl (with long dark hair, always wearing a beanie) know that it was fine and she proceeded to tell me that the Manager is the one who made it, and she isn’t good at anything other than the manager duties and even then she’s not very good at those because it isn’t even very much she has to do. For a business who stands for cultivating kindness, this was not a very kind thing to say. I hope the employees understand it is extremely unprofessional and unkind to talk bad about someone to a customer, let alone anyone anytime they are clocked in. I have talked to the GM multiple times and she is always great! I hope they can get their bad apples out before they start rotting the rest.
