  Food was cold today. Cheese was not melted. Most of the time is good. Restaurants was clean.

  Went and got lunch not only is their point system down and has been for months. Which is a pain because I have to scan the receipts or enter in an annoyingly long number. But these nasty burnt chicken nuggets were beyond unsatisfying to say the least we didn’t even eat because of it. Just gross to say the least. And can’t even upload pictures to app so their corporate office can see this as well…

  They took 1 hour to bring out the food. Management only has 2 employees working. Never coming back.

  I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Straight up some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced! They forgot to give me an item I ordered, which is a simple mistake right? So I decided to park and go inside because the drive through line was super busy. When I went in, not only were they ignoring several customers trying to order but when I asked for the item that was missing. I was called a liar by the front and back of house staff. Mind you I brought in all the food I had ordered to show the item that was missing and I was simply told to leave. Moral of the story this place will cheat you out of food and will ignore you if you go inside. Save yourself the hassle and get food anywhere else.

  Went to place my order was rushed person was rude was talking over me that i couldn't order right she kept asking repeatly what to drink over and over very annoying didn't listen to a word i said she made me feel stupid will never ever go there again she lacked manners very disrespectful.
