    Sonic Corporation (or whoever made this decision) completely ruined the ordering experience here. They got rid of almost all the speakers, so now you can only use the app with stall numbers. The problem? When you actually try to check in with the stall number, the app tells you it’s an invalid number. So you’re just stuck sitting there with no way to check in, no way to get service, and no one to talk to. Whoever thought this was a good idea clearly doesn’t care about customer convenience. Absolutely frustrating and not worth the hassle.

    Absolutely rude woman at the drive-through. Didn’t get what I ordered. Just asked for her to fix the order nicely and she slammed the drive-through window on me! Horrible customer service! 1. I asked for shredded cheese, which is a dollar and got American cheese! Yes, it’s only $.20… 2. I ordered a large diet cherry limeade with extra lime wedges on the side. Extra lime wedges are $.60. Just got lime wedges on the side, not extra. 3. The original problem was that I ordered a diet cherry limeade, and I was only given a diet limeade no cherry added. I asked her to please give me a diet cherry and She slammed the drive-through window on me! I would’ve ignored the whole thing, and for gone the whole $.80 that I was charged for no reason, had the customer service been pleasant!

    They wanted to charge us 0.25 for sauce, not extra sauce, just the regular ones that should come with our food. Disgusting. Greedy and disgusting. Never go here.
