    Our ice cream was melted, we opened the lid and it literally melted into our lap. The little boy at the window was laughing when we handed the meted ice cream back and asked for it to be remade. The little girl making the ice creams was laughing too. This was due to their lack of care and incompetence and a laugh was not warranted. These kids need better training and better attitudes. The owner obviously needs to sit there and baby sit the employees. Will never return and a waste of $20.

    Tried to order at drive up window, kid could not talk only mutter, got to carryout window after waiting for sme time and kid tells me they don't have any slushie???? Could they have just told me that while I was ordering at the window?? New mexico is old mexico with sales tax. Don't need to visit this state ever again, take my tourist $ somewhere else.

    It's amazing!🍨....I got a full meal chicken 🐔 strips gravy,fries,soda and Sunday for 7$ 2$ more for the New York cheesecake blizzard 🥶🥶 $9.80

    Me and my husband visit DQ frequently since he loves the chicken strip baskets.. but, today when we visited after work and bought dinner for us both tonight the 2 young ladies we dealt with were extremely rude, and unprofessional. All my husband asked was if they added our drinks to the baskets instead of separately (it's much cheaper when added to the baskets). What we got was the window slammed, rude and mean looks. The second girl changed the ticket, but she acted as if we were bothering her. We got our drinks and food handed to us in a strong manner, and more mean looks. I couldn't believe it. We were nothing but nice to them. All we wanted was to be treated w respect and maybe a smile. We left upset and our dinner ruined.
