  Came to Edgewood nm sonic today and my eye 44 was 3/4 of the way full also ordered 2 chili cheese tots which both had barley any chili and the green chili cheese burger my wife ordered was completely wrong.

  Waiting 25 minutes for two drinks in the mobile order spot, while drive through keeps moving quickly, is ridiculous. I then called into the store and was met with a snarky girl who said my drinks would “be right out.” They were not. Will not be back. There are better places to go in Edgewood than this.

  If you go to the drive through (the drive up is closed apparently), take a phone for games or a NYT crossword. They are exceedingly slooow. The 2 cars ahead of us took 8 minutes waiting at the window. Not planning to go back. I mean we got a small tots, small coke and large coffee for altogether a 17-20 minute wait in line

  The staff are very rude- pushed button had to wait 10 min for response. Young lady asked " what do you need" after I ordered a few items she asked if I wanted anything else and when I said yes- she went "ughhh" into the speaker. Young rude and unprofessional staff!

  For years this sonic has been known for very long wait times. Today it took 33 minutes for 3 large drinks. I also noticed they focus too much on the drive thru rather than people trying to eat at the stalls. When I started counting, I noticed 18 cars go through the drive thru after I placed my order.
