  Had to wait at the order window. Lady taking order was frustrating. Lady at pay window also made that frustrating. Burgers were mangled and burnt. Hire some functioning humans to operate your burger stop, and maybe consider making sure they understand how to operate the incredibly complex tool that is a sandwich wrapper.

  Worst mcdonalds ever. They actually managed to burn the burgers. Didnt know that was possible at mcdonalds. Rude staff was a bonus.

  This location really sucks if you go after 9pm. The customer service is non existent and the food is cold. One time they didn't even put a top bun on 2 of my double cheeseburgers and the vanilla shake was watery. They have to do better.

  I dont usually eat here but when i do i get constant reminders why i shouldnt. I ordered 2 quater pounders meals large with 2 cokes. Cokes were watered down and tasted like dirt hence forth clean your soda machines!! Said no onions both burgers hand beyond ridiculous amounts of onion on them! Fries were so greasy and yet cold! If you guys would stop hiring kids in highschool that have no care for the buisness maybe it would be a place of consitancy! If they are adults your hiring well there acting like kids! You guys serve a small community take pride in at least being better then sonic! Whoever the owner is needs to come to see how there place of buisness is being ran syraight into the ground!

  This is by far one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I live here so I've been a few times. I am surprised there hasn't been a physical altercation between employees and customers. Although I showed up one evening after a physical altercation between two employees that required local PD. The wait times are ridiculous: curb side customers coming in after waiting 45 minutes to an hour, delivery drivers waiting up to an hour and not a single, competent employee on the front end can tell anyone what is going on. A few weeks ago the screen that shows where your order is, went down and they still haven't fixed it. While waiting for orders, I've listened to three young employees loudly discuss the sexual orientation of one of the employees in the dining area. I've seen/heard the shift manager yell at the employees when they inquired about orders. I heard one female shift manager respond when asked about a DD order "we're not making anymore food". I've watched employees thrown random bags of food on the counter and just call out "Big Mac??" - no order number. And no one came to claim it. The line cooks look like they are working diligently and efficiently, so I'm not sure where the disconnect occurs. I have witnessed homeless people loitering in the children's play area on more than one occasion. The bathrooms are dirty, everything is sticky. There is one young male employee who tries his hardest but he was attempting to diffuse several angry customers one evening that had been waiting for an hour, then they had the wrong food. Haven't seen him since that night. Food is bland, and cold. They pack hot food in with cold drinks for delivery drivers. And of course everything is now ridiculously overpriced.
