- BEBrittney EmmonsJan 4, 20261.0Wendy's is usually great and on road trips is my family's pick. This particular location has questionable practices and needs to review safe food handling. My husband and I both opted to dine in after traveling for 9hrs. All of our food was cold, cheese on the burgers wasn't even melted. Fries were cold and like rubber texture. We had to go back to the counter and ask for the burgers and fries to be made again. They Simply dipped the fries back in the oil for less than 2 minutes and put the same burgers in the microwave but neglected to put the lettuce or tomato back on. Needless to say nothing was made fresh. The burgers were dried out. The bathroom was absolutely unsanitary. By far the most disgusting and disappointing Wendy's experience. The Gentleman at the front counter tried his best but this comes down to management.
