When I went back in they had it already cooking, but offered to remake it which was super nice. I didn't mind waiting. Unfortunately, when I got it there was barely any sauce on it. I went back in and asked if they had any BBQ sauce on the side because there was very little on the pizza and they had me purchase 2 small dipping sauces which were an additional $2.14. So, though I was initially happy about their customer service, left a bit disappointed.
