  Worst experience I’ve ever had, the manger was rude and condescending. She kept snickering and rolling her eyes, we expressed our concern but she doesn’t care. She was upset that I spoke to her about my experience and bothered I was gonna make a review but people should know what they’re getting into! Don’t go in expecting to get a drink, they’ll sell u the cup with no problem and tell you after that they’re having issues. But nothing she could do until corporate responded to give us a full refund which she did and kept stating we shouldn’t have done that. She’s extremely disconnected from what actual customer service is! It’s unfortunate we’re from California were this kinda thing would never happen. The ice machine was insane you could tell people were serving flat sodas tasting it and throwing the ice right back. Look at the pile if you filled your cup with ice you would contaminate your hand and cup.

  Order was wrong not once but twice, fountain drink machine was down but we were still charged without notice. Kid in the front had a poor attitude. Once we got back to work with our order, we realized 20 wings were not sauced, and my boss' childrens food was nowhere to be found.The manager came down to our place of business with what we thought were solutions and an apology, but unfortunately we were presented with excuses and a bad review on Google for our place of business. Who does that to a customer??? I have a lot of feelings and you guys hurt damn near every one of em.

  This wing stop location is a major No go the visit starts with us making large order of combos and was never informed that the soda machine wasn’t working, and the young man began to give attitude when we asked Questions stating we’re the only people complaining all day about it, the manager came to our store to tell us that corporate is as gonna issue us a refund but we shouldn’t have complained on line, she then began to rant about how she has bad experiences at our Canabis dispensary(where she went on to leave a review on our website because she was not happy with the fact that we hit her with facts so she had to make up stories in order to try to justify something in her own mind)(consequently, she also got her husband to post a bad review which is comical because people know our business, We used to support her husband in buying cake cakes that he would deliver here but that’s now come to a Screeching halt). Her argument was that we should have communicated to her which we did! Look at the soda machine, this is a great representation of their store and management just lets problems spill over. This experience was the absolute mess in any industry presentation is everything and this place represents itself in the worst way. I’ll never go to this wingstop again the manager was angry that we didn’t agree with here cause she knows exactly how I was supposed to feel. The order was actually incorrect showing the complete mess that the owners are dealing with over there. Best of luck. We were supposed to eat there, but how are you supposed to eat there with no drinks?

  horrible service. i would not recommend going to the one in clovis the staff is awful. they then decided to come to our buisness and try and get us to take down the reviews by offering us a full refund. when we declined she then put bad reviews on our cannabis dispensary that her and her husband shop at often. she also runs a cookie business on the side that we often support but no longer they aren’t even that good we just like to support local small businesses.

  Absolutely terrible, the kid working the cash register would not stop mumbling which made it really difficult to understand him. He sold us combos knowing the soda machine was not working at all. The soda dispenser was a crazy mess with ice all over the tray and eating wings without a beverage is borderline weird. Then the MANAGER shows up to my place of work to bribe me with $20 to take down my bad review and luckily she showed up because they still got my order wrong and didn't sauce 20 of my wings so she can see it live in person. This was crazy and wild, I thought she was going to start problems, luckily she didn't - she just had excuses and bribe money.
