  Food is always Taco Bell quality but the whole reason for this review is because we’ve ordered 3 different times through DoorDash and our order is always wrong. We are always missing something. And when we call and ask about it they try to fix it but the whole point of door dash is so we don’t have to go get it. Get it together

  1 Star – Absolute mess of a Taco Bell This is hands down the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. Service was terrible from start to finish. I was told I could only have ONE sauce per item… at Taco Bell. That alone is ridiculous. To make it worse, I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch and was handed the taco and the flatbread separately, like it was a DIY kit. I didn’t order ingredients. I ordered a menu item that’s literally supposed to be assembled. If this is how food is being served, someone clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing. The food was sloppy, poorly put together, and clearly rushed with zero attention to quality. I’ve attached a photo because it speaks for itself. If this is a brand new location, it desperately needs better training and management. Until then, I’d recommend going literally anywhere else if you want your order made correctly and without attitude.

  All of our food was cold and obviously had sat out for a long time, not even remotely fresh. Also, staff apparently had no idea that their card machine didn’t take Amex, so when it came up “declined” she just asked me if I wanted to run it again - I asked her if it took Amex and she had no idea.

  Super clean inside. Friendly staff and my Chalupa Supreme was loaded. I haven’t had Taco Bell this good in a long time. A short walk from the truck stop.

  no hate for young people but they are not looking for quality of food.That chicken crispy look like shit 💩.the chicken look like e brick 🧱. i Request to @taco bell plz keep eye on new location. and the other thing are good nachos and drinks but that chicken Burrito terrible (-1 = 10)
