There is always an issue, whether it's a fight about to break out in the drive thru, or a manager on a power trip, or they just don't care about what's ordered they just make it how they wanna make it and damn the customer. Not to mention the amount of points I've wasted there because a machine is "broken" or some other reason I can't get the food I ordered with my points. Not only will you not get your food, but they don't replace the points and they don't care to make it right for you. They just try to push other food on you that they are willing to give you instead. And it's always a lesser item than you ordered. I will go out of my way from now on to the 2 other McDonald's in town, for this is by FAR the worst one in Clovis! the McDonald's on Mabry will be my go to from now on, haven't had one problem with them.
