  This is literally the best tea I’ve ever had! Every single favor is AMAZING! Going inside and trying different flavors is so fun, everyone was nice and friendly, not hovering or hurrying you along. This place was legit! I’ll miss it when I leave, please open one in Maui, Hawaii! 😆 Mahalo 🤙🏼

  SUCKS‼ I went to purchase the 2 gallons for $10. I placed my order and attempted to use legal US currency to pay my bill only to be shown an EXTREMELY small, chicken scratch handwritten note at the top of an out-of-site location stating that they DO NOT accept $50 or $100 bills. I had a $10 and a $50, and no credit cards. The girl at the window was absolutely CLUELESS and would not comp the .82 I was short. So I very clearly stated, "I will have to go get change, I will be back." I said this twice, that's how CLUELESS this girl was. When I returned, the same girl acted like she had NO clue who I was. She actually told me they had dumped my tea since I didn't pay the first time. Told you - CLUELESS‼ I have to ask her twice to make the order since I now have the cash the will accept. I finally get so frustrated, I ask for a manager. In comes Kevin - another CLUELESS droid. Kevin says that CLUELESS girl said I drove off without paying, without explaining what I was doing. Not only is she CLUELESS, she's a LIAR. when I ask Kevin to complete the order, his response is "I'm ready to charge you so you can leave." Duh, that's the process for all businesses. Kevin doesn't offer an apology, an explanation, NOTHING, just stares at my 4 eyes. He then claims he has my rewards number, yet that was a lie also as I was not given my points. Checked the app over two days. All this frustration over .82. Customer service is nonexistent. Uncaring, and lying individuals work here. The tea I received was hot which began bloating and I had to get an out-of-town HiTeaO to fix Kevin's shoddy product because they just don't care about how they are adversely impacting the consumer.
