The Adobo chicken is quite literally the best I’ve had- flavorful, tender, like what else can you ask for? The Pancit is just as amazing along with the lumpia. The owner even let me try the Orange chicken which was pretty amazing, too! Did I mention the owner being amazing?! I love this truck! 100/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND
