  I ordered an online delivery order. When I got my order part of the order was missing. When I tried calling the restaurant no one answered. Lovely customer service you have there.

  I would give this place negative if I could. Stood in the front lobby for 30 minutes trying to pick up an order. Place is 1/3 full with six servers who continuously ignore you like they are busy, but there’s only eight tables in the whole place and they get annoyed when you ask them if anybody’s working the front desk. Definitely never coming to this place again and would recommend the same for everybody else. Not that this should be too new of a comment. I mean a buffalo wild wings with the three star rating is pretty freaking horrible wish I would’ve saw that before I ordered.

  I would be embarrassed to own this location. The staff can never get an order right and even when you have 2 customers in the entire restaurant there’s no one to be found at the front desk and they act like it’s an inconvenience to help you.

  First time going to BWW, great service, food was very good. Had LUCAS as our server, guy was very chill. We will definitely be back. 😎👍🏼🍔
