  Bread was dry, maybe day old, and over toasted. Tables not clean. One employee chatted with the customer ahead of me so long that my sandwich got cool before she added the vegetables. Bathrooms freezing cold, it is winter and the air conditioning was on full strength, no heating.

  Their building have been under construction for over 10 years. If you're a truck driver there are no facilities near the truck parking. It appears there is; but don't be fooled, they are locked up. When I inquired inside with a smart mouth young man, his response wasn't answering my question it was, "Are you going to spend money or complain." After that, I certainly want going to spend money. As a truck driver worth fuel, food, and many other items we probably spend upwards of $180,000 in places like this. This will never again be a place we stop.

  The overall experience was very poor, primarily due to the behavior of the employee working that day. The employee's customer service skills were severely lacking; they were unprofessional and unwelcoming. Bad attitudes can really ruin a dining experience, and unfortunately, that was the case here. I hope management addresses these serious issues regarding employee behavior and food quality to prevent other customers from having a similar negative experience. Employees was very very rude

  Becarful going there they are not very nice people and its dirty. It's not like it used to be back in the days.
