  We arrived at 9:24pm and a young lady said we close at 9:30pm and refused service, well that’s one way to lose loyal customers, my family and I will not be going to this location ever again. Wish I could give negative 0.

  Came here on 1/20/26 at around 3pm, was waiting in line to order the lady working started yelling at a customer for trying to use the restroom. Mind you there were a few other people in line and we were just awkwardly looking at each other. She kept saying it was for customers only so the guy attempted to order something small only for the lady to say the restroom was busy, while refusing to take the guys order. Not only that but she was picking her nose, yes she removed the gloves to do so but still how are you gonna pick your nose in front of MULTIPLE customers in front of all the food? Me along with a few other people in line ended up just leaving because we didn’t want to be involved with the workers mental breakdown. Sad to say she singlehandedly lost subway at least $50-70 dollars in orders (mine would have been about 30ish). Extremely unprofessional and unsanitary, will not return to this location and will definitely contact corporate. Absolutely no shame from the sandwich lady.

  extremely rude service, when i went in to order the lady in the back was just arguing with some guy who wanted to use the restroom but didnt order. couldve been way nicer. i ended up leaving without ordering
