  The worst place to purchase your food ever and each time I give it another try it gives me the same reason not to go back. The manager is the worst also staffing. Whenever you go to the intercom to order it seems as if you’re begging to order some food that’s not even good. I placed my order for some tenders and fries. When I got my order the tenders were so hard and the fries were so cold hard seems as if they had been there for however long and mind you while ordering I asked for fresh fries. I told the guy these fries an old an hard and I wanted fresh fries as requested. He went in a put the same fries I told was cold an hard back in the fryer a took them back to me. I turn to him an ask him do you think I’m stupid why did you guys rewarm the fries in the fryer to give to a customer. This is my last time going there until they get new management or something the worst place to purchase your food.

  Saw video of young man with his shirt off in the cooking area then proceeds to walk out of building like that.🤢 won’t be coming here anymore.

  I always order through the mobile app. My order is generally correct. However, we have to wait forever to get our order, even when no one else is here.

  My order got messed up and I drove all the way back mad 3 hours later when I discovered it. The young man with the fresh tattoo still wrapped up and the blonde short locks was extremely polite and helpful, took care of the issue and gave me two extra tenders for my trouble. Very pleasant and professional resolution to an issue even with me being I'm sure noticeably disgruntled.

  10 out of 10 recommend going somewhere else. Average wait time around 15 minutes. Record for me was 42 (made a call when I arrived and hung up when they got the order wrong). Tried this place on 6 different occasions, order was wrong 3 times. Not sure if its a management issue, incompetence or just plain laziness of the employees. My vote for the worst Sonic in America, is definitely located on the north side of Carlsbad NM.
