- JJJollyRedGiantDec 1, 20251.0I cannot believe this store is still running the way they run it, I came in today and it was just horrid, the wait times one 4 items was ridiculous, and when I asked for a CRISPY CHICKEN TACO with only Saudi and cheese on it (didn’t think I’d have to specify to leave the chicken strip that is the point of the taco!) and heard the employees arguing about whether or not to put the damn chicken strip on, they still put Creamy Jalapeño sauce and Avocado Ranch sauce and cheese ONLY until the other employee put the strips on herself after I told her to because I heard the argument. I went back through the drive thru this time to fix my order and they still proceeded to put Creamy Jalapeño sauce instead of Creamy Chipotle sauce. The menu is fully customizable and has been for years, if you have an issue with it DON’T WORK AT THERE, otherwise read the screens and learn what sauce is in what bottles because yall may not care what the taste is coming off this garbage but the people eating it do so maybe take some pride in your work and do it right ever, I would have said the first time but you didn’t even get it right the second time!!! Come on people!!!
