  They can’t get the simplest order right, first time I asked for the #1, the double meat, I wanted everything just no cheese and no onions. I got my order and it had cheese and onions. Second time I asked for the same thing and I got a dry burger with cheese. I will never go to this sonic location ever again. They can’t follow instructions or they just don’t care how they prep your food. Never again ……..

  Is it weird that in new mexico the only take mobile orders . This lady would not take my order . Wing stop does this too.

  I have never had a milkshake that was made from whip cream. Hardly no ice cream.shake was warm n full of ice chips. What a rip off. Should have taken the shakes back. Very disappointing

  UPDATE: Went back tje next day and they redid my order. Forgot to get the managers name. But. He was very nice and understanding and the food was fresh and delicious. So, i think the people the day before just werent having a good day. I ordered my food through the app. I got a kids corn dog mean and a double smasher burger meal. Both were gross. Smasher mean was dry and the buns burnt. Asked for mayo + ketchup, they just put Hella mayo on it instead. The kids corn dog and the fries were literally overcooked or probably just old. Because I could barely bite them myself. I was wondering why she didn't eat the fries. The corndog was literally so small and sad. I get it's for kids but goodness. Do better. Because the only thing worth it in what I bought was just the drinks. That's it. Just not it at all. Oh and I ordered it on the way here which was only 4 minutes away. Got here and still had to wait another 10 minutes before I got my food. Mind you it was empty when I got here. Also, none of it was got or remotely warm when I got it. So it was just dissapointing

  Heed these reviews. Avoid this business. You'll waste an unacceptable amount of time waiting for food that will be very disappointing. Sun. 12:50AM. I waited 20 mins for them to clear the four cars in front of me. When I finally pulled up to the pickup window, I was the lone customer in line. Despite this, I waited another five mins for a chicken sandwich and a milkshake. The chicken sandwich was tough and unappetizing. The patty appeared gaunt as if it had been sitting for ages and the buns were lifelessly flat. Regrettably, I was forced to dispose of it after a mere two bites. One may assume with wait times this long the food would at least be made fresh, but it's simply not the truth of the matter. I'm completely nonplussed by the level of incompetence displayed within this restaurant. Keep your distance.
