  We visited Pizza Inn around 5pm and had a great experience. The restaurant was clean, and the food on the buffet was fresh, hot, and well stocked. The staff was so nice and even asked if we had any special pizza requests—which we really appreciated. We especially enjoyed some of the different options like the loaded baked potato pizza and the cherry dessert pizza. Everything was tasty, and the friendly service made it even better. Well definitely return if we are ever in the Carlsbad area again.

  It was great but it was super busy kind of disorderly inside when you're waiting for your pizza.

  We stopped for a quick.lunch. It was early afternoon so in between rush times. The pizza on the deck had all been there a while. They were fairly cold. Salad bar was fresh and had quite a bit for a small place. The pasta bar was similar to the pizza, needed refreshing. Once new pizzas came out they were tasty and hot. I do understand how buffets cannot throw too much away. It was a fair meal at an outstanding price. The star of the show was our server. He was prompt, friendly, and was busy the whole time we were there. Bravo to our older workers...the only ones who seem to have the customer service gene.

  Walked in at 8:30 and as soon as we walked in the lady in the front told us they were not putting any more pizza in so we couldn’t eat there. We were under the impression you guys do not close until 9:30. The lady with glasses was very rude when informing us.
