Abu dhabi, United Arab Emirates 🇦🇪, London, England🏴 , Cairo, Egypt 🇪🇬, even Aden, 🇾🇪 and different spots in the U.S... this spot is literally the worst one in the entire world. If there was actually a competition between restaurants for the title of worst of the worst, its for carlsbad without doubt. I was at home comfortable and watching Netflix. Craved pizza...It said on the website 14 minutes until the order is ready. I said, wow. 15 minutes later I receive an email that the order is ready. I drove to go pick my order. When I get there I'm told the order is not ready yet. I said ok...ill wait. I mean how long would I wait for. 5 10 minutes max is not a problem. 45 minutes...45 minutes of waiting. A time I'll never get back. Would I go there again ? Never again. The city has the worst restaurant service. Its not just pizza hut. Its every other restaurant too.

- BMb MedinaJul 13, 20161.0Worst experience of my life, I ordered at 7:30, got my pizza at 8:22, waited over 45 mins for my 2 pizzas and when I got home to eat my pan pizza was very flat and curled at the ends, so I went called the pizza hut line, they said pizza hut manager would call me back and they never did so I went and took my pizzas back to pizza hut and the manager wouldn't even come and talk to me, she stood far away peeking around the corner and had the cashier go back and forth mediating. She didn't want to replace my pizzas and when they finally did it was approximately 2 hours me and my 2 kids and wife got to eat dinner. I don't even give this place 1 star, they only gave us 1 large pizza in the end :(
