Y’all need to train your people better and get your drive thru time under control. It’s insane to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru for one snack wrap, just to walk inside to see what’s taking so long, and not have a single person greet me for TEN MINUTES. And it just keeps getting worse. I’ve worked in food service and retail, and this is honestly just embarrassing the way the store is run.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this store. Employees are very rude and disrespectful. I had to cancel my order.

I told the young lady I will just wait here since their was no one in line behind me. So.i gues the manager came and said you have to go wait in space two. I said all spaces are taken, he yelled at me and said I will just give you a refund. I said OK. He slammed the window, came back within 8 seconds with my order. As I went around to extra parking area all space still taken. None the less I got my food and it was fresh. I think he forgot customer comes first. So I suggest don't move around to parking are to wait on your food just wait at the window. Your food will more than likely be fresh. They can't make you move.
