No greeting, no urgency, no professionalism. There was no manager on the floor, and it showed. Service was painfully slow despite the restaurant being only half full. It took over 30 minutes just to get our drinks, which is unacceptable. As for the food—don’t even get me started. Long wait times and absolutely not worth it once it finally arrived. Hands down, the worst restaurant experience in Carlsbad. Poor service, lack of leadership, and zero accountability. Definitely not coming back.
