  Ordered for pick up they assured me everything was there my kids meal missing main course my appetizers not there and I paid for extra ranch and they were not there every time I order from carlsbad bww they mess it up then they dont answer their phone get a recording sorry no one is there

  Order went in at 5:44 according to receipt. At 6:24 I still didn’t have my food. Place was half empty. Just as one girl tells me she comp’d my drink the other girl shows up with food. She asks if I still want it. I said I’m not paying for it. She said she already comp’d it and would box it for me. I said yes. She went to kitchen. Ten minutes later still no food. I left

  Just go somewhere else. Took forever to get seated, we were treated like we were an inconvenience. More people left than getting seated. Plenty of space available. Took forever for the server to take our order, even longer to even get drinks or food. At one point she went outside and was giggling next to some car in the parking lot. Our server seemed irritated that there were customers at all. Everyone that works here seems to hate being here. There was something weird floating in my beer. Boo!!!
