  They're very quick and friendly as well. This is my favorite place to eat in Carlsbad.

  Went there for lunch. The staff was amazing ( I had a complicated order.) they made sure it was exactly as I wanted. The restaurant was clean. Food was fast and very good. 100 out of 10. I definitely will be coming back!

  Can't rate the food because I was refused service. I showed up shortly after 8:00pm found the door locked. I knocked and a blond young man with a pony tail came to the door. I inquired about the door being locked when the sign clearly stated dine in was open until 9:00 pm. I said I was wanting to come in and order. The young man said the lobby was closed. I explained that the sign said open till 9:00pm. His answer was I know what it says the lobby is closed. He then closed the door and locked it. I tried to call and speak with the manager, No Answer. I have enjoyed eating at Arby's for most of my adult life. That trend just ended. I will be contacting corporate as well. I work hard for my money, too hard to be treated so rudely. I intend to share this review and my experience with all of my 10,000 plus social media contacts! This is not over.

  Place was absolutely disgusting, flys flying everywhere on food . When getting my drink cup worker at the till stuck her hand into my drink , no gloves were being worn by people preparing sandwiches. A complete and utter horrible experience. My order was wrong twice and the amount of health food infractions I will never be back here.
