  Very poor service from courtesy desk. Asked for change from a 5 dollar bill so I could do laundry. Told this is not allowed on the weekend. May you never have a need. Staff was standing around chatting. Rating..minus 1 star. I only clicked one star or you won't post it.

  I’m giving this Albertsons two stars because while the store itself is clean, well-organized, and nicely decorated, the overall shopping experience felt uncomfortable. The layout is great and they seem to keep everything in order, which I appreciated. However, the biggest issue was how the cashiers and staff came across as overly watchful. It felt like they were profiling customers and closely monitoring people as if they were expecting them to steal, even when there was no reason to feel that way. This kind of hypervigilance can make customers feel uneasy and unwelcome. I also witnessed the young lady of dark color (Navajo ) complection giving an elder lady a hard time. This is unfair to customers and a cashier like her shouldn’t be working here if she doesn’t like working with people. I hope management takes this into consideration, because creating a comfortable and respectful environment is just as important as having a well-kept store.

  Used to be a pretty good spot to get a burger and fries now it's a bunch of young kids that couldn't boil water. The burger was half the size, warm and dry. The fries were soft and warm. It the kid took about 30 min. for this order. I guess albertsons is in a rough spot to let just anyone cook in the kitchen. For a good burger anywhere else but here.
