  10 am I ordered 3 drinks. French toast and a large fry. Waited 10 min to get the food. Only to get fryes that looked double cooked or sat in grease. I pressed the button asked for fresh fryes. I was informed they were changing their grease, and that way why if I wanted to wait a few(few min) it would be done and they could get me some better fries.. . I explained to the mg. That they could of at least stated that they were in the middle of cleaning the grease and would be about 20 min til done if I still wanted to wait ... but she said (nope)(I'm not gonna do that .) Wft.rather make a sale andmake someone mad so early in the am... So there I am waiting for them to complete the job on the fryer there goes 7 min still waiting. And. As I see people arrive and ordering, there still selling the fryes that I just complained about to other customers as a lady in a van is just in aww as I'm driving off I see her get pissed off and have to call them back.... Need a new cook and new staff.. shame on them

  This has happened 4 times now I’ve gotten the wrong order and they have had missing items and I’m done supporting this this is ridiculous get new people open your eears when people order cuz I’m livived

  Waterburger, when you order from here DoorDash hit. This place is always slammed when I come here with doordash.You don't have to wait your order.Gets picked up immediately, and your food gets delivered.Thank you.
