I can't count the number of bad experiences I have had at this location but I just sat in stall #15 for about 10-15 minutes waiting to order a cup of ice. I'm done wasting my time and money at this store.

God forbid they fix their ice machine or hire people that have ANY customer service. Would not recommend. Hope McDonald's puts this one out of business and I won't eat at either place!!!

- JLJames LopezOct 31, 20251.0I came by today in drive thru, while I was waiting at the window I could see and hear the new General Manager Elizabet screaming and yelling at her employees and this is not the first time. First time I could hear the same person telling her employees that she has a UTI?? In my opinion that’s very unsanitary and violation of health code if you’re sick, you shouldn’t even be there especially if you’re handling food. This person Elizabet on many counts has been unprofessional and rude not only to her customers but also to her employees, what is this with this new management? Everything changed drastically and not for the good of the business. I’ll be coming back so that I can observe because this is NOT RIGHT. Customers and employees should be able to enjoy coming to work and receiving good service.
