Really sloppy food when it isn't close to busy and they short you on the fries. Customer service, post COVID courtesy for sure. I will not be going here again. At 8:10pm an employee blocked off the stalls to order with his truck. Forcing drive thru only. Pretty sure the are supposed to stay open.

Stalls are often blocked so you can only use the drive through. Staff has claimed they do not get orders from the ap, and frequently state they do not have an order placed. It's always a struggle.

I ordered a mermaid water. Have ordered it before. It's a rt 44 sprite with peach syrup, raspberry syrup diced strawberries and a squeeze of lemon. And was denied said drink and told they don't do it. It's a tiktok thing. The poor girl asked her supervisor and got into trouble for asking. They instead tried giving me a lemon water. I refused. I'm heading back there and will order it specific. Do t they offer to make you any drink if they've got the stuff? Highly disappointed. We order every week from this restaurant and this will deter me from revisiting. I have been trying to call the store for 20 minutes and no ody answers. This is just crazy and will be contacting corporate. Also the employee helping me really tried to accommodate me in so many ways and was yelled at by the supervisor on shift . This was at 2:30 pm mst Saturday April 10th. It wasn't her fault since she did her best to make my drinks. There's no reason for a supervisor to get mad at the employee and make her scared to go in and ask if we can just make the drink with the ingredients I asked for. They should not be in that position if their job is to terrify an employee who was only trying to provide amazing customer service.

STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY!! Over a week later! Revisited and NOTHINGS changed!!!!!!!
My kids and I wanted some late night ice cream and while the wait was a bit longer than normally acceptable, we almost immediately noticed that one young man was running the whole show by himself. Whoever the manager and upper management is really needs a lesson on team work. There’s zero excuse for one worker to be on shift for any shift much less closing a Saturday night before a holiday. Maybe there was another person there but they definitely were not helping in any part of ANY process. That young man took our order, made our ice cream and cashed us out, while taking care of every customer and making every other order. Despite the chaos he was polite, he was smiling, he got our order correct and apologized for not having some things available. This young man deserves so much better from his employer. I personally would not let my kid continue to work under these circumstances and sonic should be ashamed of this entire situation. Again there’s zero excuse for any of this. They’re lucky to have such a dedicated employee and should immediately fix this issue, genuinely thank him for not walking out and promote this young man. I’ve been visiting this place since it opened, and I’ve always been happy with it. Occasionally there were issues—nothing serious—but today... I want to express my gratitude; I believe the manager tried to help me, but her staff is terrible. They messed up my order four times—I still can't believe it. I spent a few hours waiting, and in the end, they got it wrong yet again: a milkshake with no lid, no straw, and no spoon. I had ordered a large one—because they initially told me they only had large cups available—but I received a small one instead. However, I didn't want to stick around any longer, so I didn't say anything; I just left. Every time I pointed out to a staff member that the order was wrong, they would make faces at me and fail to inform anyone inside. The woman who helped me—I hope she really is the manager—kept checking in with me, asking, "Is everything okay now?" and I would explain the problem to her. She tried to help me three times, but those damn rude kids shouldn't be working there at all.
