Put in an order for ice and a drink...was told it would take 20 minutes for my order, waited 30 minutes then checked with staff for my order-they said they didn't even have an order for me...so pissed. Get it together Sonic

Bernalillo NM... I had to repeat myself 3 times. The young man taking the order repeated back the order wrong on the drinks & I repeated myself once again. Got to the window, and was not greeted in any way, shape or form. As the girl started giving me the drinks, I mentioned the large drink was No Ice, she gave me attitude and throughout the drink & made it over & kept pushing the button which made it overflow (waste). When she opened the window to give me the drink, I started explaining it was ordered with No Ice. She literally gave me attitude in the middle of my explaining she shut the window on me. People like that have No Business working with customer service. One Nasty, Disrespectful & Rude Person. Called to speak to the manager, and she used the excuse, that the speaker is not working right. Not even the manager had the hospitality to apologize for her employees behavior. The drive up speaker has been a mess for many years and nothing has been done to make it right. It takes a lot to make me angry and I wouldn't normally post like this, but, when you get rude behavior and disrespect like this, it really pisses me off.

Tried to give this place another chance after being disappointed before and had the rudest service ever. We left because we’re not going to be treated like a burden. If you don’t like your job quit, don’t take it out on customers for ordering food at a fast food place.

Waited longer than an hour for 1 meal and two drinks! Pressed the button hoping for some reassurance our food was not given to the wrong car waited another 10 minutes for an answer… when finally a young girl spoke up and said we were being rude when we were definitely not. Terrible customer service
