- EPEnrique PadillaNov 11, 20251.0I just stopped by this location to get some dessert. My mom wanted a pineapple shake. I've ordered it from other locations many times before with no issues. The girl at the drive thru tells me "we don't have that flavor" so I asked her if they put pineapple on their banana split and she tells me "no". Flat out lied to me. Pineapple IS a flavor they offer, all she had to do was make a vanilla shake and add pineapple. This is the 2nd time I've visited this location and have been treated rudely. I will not return. They need to train their staff to be more accommodating and less rude!

First they say they’re open until 10:00, but they lock their doors much earlier so you have to order through the drive through. Both donuts and ice cream in tubs are something you need to see!! Therefore over the intercom you have to inquire about what they have because you can’t see the product, and then they tell you they’re out or it’s been discontinued until you finally land on some choice that they have!!

Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
