  They'll bring your order out 15 minutes after you check in online, even when it's slow.

  Lived in the area bout 5 years and I was shocked at the turn around- usually ngl this sonic is awful but idk if they got a new team or what but this most recent visit 4/5 was shockingly good, the staff was polite fast and just clearly working hard. Way to go!

  It's funny because I thought this one would be more efficient than the one in Los Lunas. Couldn't be worse, right? Wrong. We stopped here as a family after our child's soccer match to get shakes for them to help cool down. We opted to sit on their patio since most of the parking spots were missing the order apparatus, and all others were occupied. It was near impossible to hear the cashier, & she not only gave us info that conflicted with the menu but had us repeat our orders several times. We had her repeat them back & carefully checked the screen... You see where this is going... So at least HALF AN HOUR LATER - with only 4 drinks ordered - they came out all mixed up and missing items despite being nickel-&-dimed for even a cherry in my cherry limeade LMAO. The lady who brought it out was nice enough but clearly in a hurry to move on from us, as it was an obviously failing assembly line of a business. This can only be attributed to negligent management. Half the party I was with had to take off immediately as the process set them back from their scheduled plans. My children's shakes were alright although not what they asked for. It would benefit this place to hit the pause button on service for a weekend & get retained while the order apparatuses are serviced & supplied. This is nuts.

  Did an online order and waited 15mins for the food to never come out. Went through drive through with the food cold like it was just sitting there the whole time

  Food was just ok. Ordered two meals, they got both wrong. No restrooms.
