  I usually only stop here when I have an extra half hour to spare, that’s usually how long it takes them to screw up your order. I usually have to pull up and park, and when they bring out my order it’s always wrong, so on this particular morning I wasn’t in a rush (my mistake) I wasn’t in the mood to go inside so when I was asked to pull forward to wait for my order, I stated that I will be staying at the window for my order. I ordered drive through through the app for a reason… it’s supposed to be more convenient and faster right? Then the manager came and asked me to pull forward. I explained to her that I wouldn’t be doing that. They said it would take less than a minute to bring out my order, so less than a minute won’t mess up their drive through times if I waited at the window, I mean, I was already in line for 15 minutes. She then asked for my card to give me a refund, which I did not have due to it being a mobile order, I paid on my phone and didn’t have my card with me. After she argued with me I finally got a cash refund and was asked not to return. Which I absolutely did not plan on doing. However since when does McDonalds refuse to give you your food because you want to go through the drive through to receive an order you ordered through drive thru?

  Had to stop for a quick bite. Ordered quarter pounder with cheese. I got a single patty of meat with aa bun for $7. I know better than to stop here. You have a less than 50% chance of getting what you ordered. Do they eve n have a manager?

  Twice in a row now that my order has been wrong first time ordered off DoorDash and just accepted it everyone makes mistakes but tonight I ordered guy told me to finish my order at the window get to the window finish ordering my food they have me pull up and wait cause there finishing my food. No problem Order comes out completely wrong told the lady it was wrong she apologized and took the order back came back out around 15 minutes later gave me a bag of food didn’t think to double check it cause it was already supposed to be fixed Get back home and the whole order is still wrong! I have no idea how they can do that twice in a row unless it’s a bunch of kids with no pride Highly disappointed

  I have been going to this McDonald’s everyday for the past 6 months to get coffee before work. Within the past 2 months the crew has changed. I went this morning sat at the outside drive thru for more than a few minutes without service. I decide to drive up to the window. The young lady at the window told me the reason I didn’t get service is because she is on the inside drive thru. There is no sign or anything stating that the outside drive thru isn’t in service. This is not the first instance of terrible service. There are a couple of the crew that are on point. The others are mediocre at best. I would avoid this McDonald’s in the morning. I cannot attest to any other time.

  Dear Owner, your resturant is desperately and chronically understaffed. Never more than 15 workers, Managers working the line, the register and the drive thru. I understand you are not supposed to keep employees long but Pay more and you will get more. Your management is good, great even. But they will burnout eventually... unless that is what you want.
