    Absolutely disgusting. I found a hair in my food and when I went to return it they refused to refund it because I didn’t have a receipt on me that they never even handed me. They also refused to remake it because I had eaten half before I found the hair in the center. They accused me of lying. So disgusting and unhygienic

    When I came to this place in November. My daughter wanted to get a chicken sandwich, so I went to get a chicken sandwich for her. When I went in the drive thru, these people acted like they didn't hear me and say it in a rude tone. This employee named Alyssa was also rude to me. She gave me my food and just shut the door in my face. Didn't even say have a good day or anything similar to that. Sonic in Belen seriously needs to build up their customer service if they wanna keep going.

    Pauline and Angel (managers btw) touch the food with their hands. I’ve seen them eat tots and fries right out of the bags as they are packing them. They reuse foam cups by rising them out in the sink to cut down on paper waste. Absolutely disgusting. They never wash their hands, smoke in the fridges, touch their phone then touch food. The apple does not fall far from the tree. Extremely rude and immature. They despite all the complaints they receive nothing is done, they get a slap on the wrist. Don’t eat here unless your okay with eating dirty food because they never clean machines

    Service was terrible, not only did they take forever but the girl taking my order was rude and yelled at me saying she “couldn’t hear me” in a rude tone but I was speaking just fine. Then the older woman at the window was very rude as well, she just handed me my food and shut the window in my face without even saying have a nice day or anything. Fries were also thrown on the bottom of the bag like they gave no care. Terrible workers hire better people!

    I went to the drive thru late at night ordered 3 combos the girl who took my order was very rude when I went up to the window she didn’t greet me just said the total and she grabbed the money from my hand very very rude when she didn’t give me my change I let her keep like 4 bucks from the change and she didn’t even say thank you or nothing her name is Iana? that’s the name on her name tag if you don’t like your job maybe switch jobs don’t bring your misery on other people especially customers. Your workers are making you lose business. So i suggest you train your workers to do better or change jobs
