  I have been going to this McDonald’s everyday for the past 6 months to get coffee before work. Within the past 2 months the crew has changed. I went this morning sat at the outside drive thru for more than a few minutes without service. I decide to drive up to the window. The young lady at the window told me the reason I didn’t get service is because she is on the inside drive thru. There is no sign or anything stating that the outside drive thru isn’t in service. This is not the first instance of terrible service. There are a couple of the crew that are on point. The others are mediocre at best. I would avoid this McDonald’s in the morning. I cannot attest to any other time.

  Dear Owner, your resturant is desperately and chronically understaffed. Never more than 15 workers, Managers working the line, the register and the drive thru. I understand you are not supposed to keep employees long but Pay more and you will get more. Your management is good, great even. But they will burnout eventually... unless that is what you want.

  went to get a simple hot n spicy with no lettuce with barbecue and a small coke with it drive thru lady was being rude i paid 60 cents for barbecue and they didnt give me any and out lettuce when it clearly said no lettuce

  I apologize. I have to make this comment, but it’s absolutely frustrating and quite annoying when you’re starving and you just need something quick to eat and you stop by to get you and your family something to eat and the first time you get gypped out of 50 bucks from your change and you try again the next day and you at 10:30 at night again starving just wanna get home and your whole order gets messed up and all you get is two things out of your order, but you’re so tired you forget so you have to drive all the way back once you get home and you realize that your order is not even in the bag please McDonald’s Night Shift take the time to double check the order just like you’re working hard to make your ends me so are other people that are going through that drive-through please do not dip them out of the experience nor the money

  Working a 8 hour shift, I was hungry at 11pm on a Saturday. Some of my coworkers told me they are open. I went, I order a 6a meal and paid at the 1st window. waited about 15mins or so in line. I pulled up to the 2nd window and saw my food waiting there already. The chicken was slightly warm. The fries have been sitting there for a while and were barely even warm. I used to be a cook so I know when fries have been sitting for a while. For waiting in line for like 15mins they could have put down some new fries, it takes like 4mins or so to make. I ended up tossing my fries which still had more than half. Went to a gas station to warm the chicken wraps and get chips. Honestly, I don't think I'll order from this location again.
