  I've lived in Belen 3 months been here 5 times every time has been literally a hassle The first time they took 20 minutes to give us our order they all stood around and talked and messed around on their cell phones had inappropriate conversations about dating... The second time the food took forever to come out... The third time people were rude... This time we went through the drive-thru ordered two ice creams and a French fry we've been parked for 22 minutes and they just now came out and told us they're having trouble with the ice cream machine but wouldn't exchange it for a cheeseburger only the smoothie corporate seriously needs to look into this location

  On the left a chicken sandwich that looks like it was raised from the dead and had a really tough life! On the right is the sandwich McDonalds says it serving you. Billions of suckers served, me too! You decide.....im back to eating roots and berries.

  This is the second time mcdonalds have messed up our order. My husband got double quarters pounder with bacon and when we got home only had a single patty. He drove all the way back and told them the messed the order up. Took the bag back to the back. He asked if they would just be adding a patty on the burger or make a new one. The front cashier said it will take about 3 minutes. So he asked again if they wear just adding a patty,at that time the manager come out and told him it would be a new one. When he got home it was in the same bag with just an added patty. Coming from working in fast food in my past, you are NOT allowed to take food back and have to make a new order. Laziness, I know it mcdonalds but you have screen that tell you want need to be made.

  The customer service people that work the window and drive threw are very rude and not friendly wouldn't advise this place. I ordered an hour before closing on line for pickup hot to the drive threw and the guy at window closed my order wouldn't give it to me but kept the payment and wouldn't reimburse me my money.

  Stop parking cars all the dang time! This place can’t even handle their jobs when it’s not even busy, let alone during a rush. From someone who knows how the business runs, they always park cars to keep their times low but in reality the customers end up waiting so much longer because they love to park cars when it’s not necessary. They tell you to park and wait when there’s not even room to park anymore! Get it together! Train your employees better. If they just did their jobs the way they were supposed to things would be fine. They play around with the customers time to manipulate their waits time and make them look lower then they actually are.
