Today, when I called in to preorder the lady that answered put me on hold and completely forgot me. I drove all the way from south of Albuquerque to the Belen store and remained on hold for the 26 minutes when someone finally got to the phone as I drove up! I explained this to the cashier and was given a luke warm apology then I waited in the store for my order another 40 minutes. I wasn’t happy.
