Basically, we came to this place in some time of August in the place, IT WAS A MESS!! Also the tables were filled with ketchup and other stuff that isn't better. When we got the food the stuff were so dry, I got food poisoned because of these people, if you want to come to be sick, come to this place in Belen, and they also food poisoned my daughter. She felt sick for 3 days! How can this place be more disgusting than how it is. What a horrible place to eat in Belen.

So I stopped there tonight ordered a Gyro combo and a five piece chicken strip combo both with curly fries large they had me pull up and brought me out the food as soon as the bag was in my hand I reached in to grab some curly fries and I put it in my mouth and it was hard as a rock. I pulled away thinking well maybe it’s just the top couple. So I continue to drive home well before I got to my house, I realized both boxes of fries were like rocks super hard so I called the manager and she looked up my order and told me it had been 20 minutes since I ordered it they’re not gonna be fresh that long fine yeah I may have ordered it 20 minutes ago, but I only live nine minutes away from the store, which means it took them 11 minutes just to get me my food and like I said the first one I tried was before I even left their parking lot. She did offer free fries on my next visit so I’ll give her that but at the same time she made it seem as if it was my fault that they were hard because I had ordered them 20 minutes ago, which is not true given the fact that the entire ride of a whole nine minutes I was trying to find soft ones in the box and was unable to find any I have had a few of these instances at this location. I think this was the final straw for me. I will no longer be going to this location as it appears there is no accountability after spending $26 on a meal and the only thing I ate was a Gyro. My son had his five piece but really I go there for the fries anyway I’m starting to ramble. Hope this review helps be sure to ask for fresh fries.

Stopped in dinnertime, to buy lunch for tomorrow. We have discovered that if properly refrigerated, the Classic Roast Beef sandwich is excellent cold. An iced cooler kept it cold and fresh until we were ready the next day.
